In May, having further investigated the various groups who were met in the trip to the USA in March, a team comprising of Bill Abbott, Colin MacAskill, Antony Howard and electronics engineer Andrew Leech together with Steve Brown returned to the USA with a demonstration G3 Unit and met three groups we had selected as possible manufacturing, distribution and installation partners.

As a result of the very successful demonstration of the G3 Unit and meetings in Atlanta and Charleston we signed a Memorandum of Understanding in June with Nations Roof to actively form a partnership to not only distribute our product in the USA but to also establish a manufacturing centre located in one of the southern states of the USA.
Nations Roof is America’s 11th largest roofing solutions supplier and is much experienced in green roofing and solar installations. (Refer www.nationsroof.com for more information about the company).

With 18 branches and 600 employees we determined that Nations Roof would be an ideal partner for Sunseeker Energy’s USA program.
The Directors of Sunseeker Energy Holding AG are satisfied that the Joint Venture with Nations Roof to build such a manufacturing centre will allow Sunseeker Energy to compete at the forefront of the American solar energy market.

Sunseeker Energy North America Inc will enter into a License Agreement with Sunseeker, enabling that entity to use the Sunseeker Intellectual Property for the North American geographic region. Sunseeker Energy North America Inc will contribute the licensed rights into the joint venture with Nations Roof, and will also be responsible for expanding the interests of Sunseeker within the USA. Sunseeker Energy North America Inc is presently undertaking a capital raising in the United States of America, on completion of which Sunseeker Energy Holding AG will be the majority shareholder.

In line with the MOU signed with Nations Roof in June the Company will issue a Press Release to the market simultaneously with this Shareholder Newsletter.
