Move To Manufacture

Wednesday, July 29th, 2009

As a part of our move to manufacture we have formed a strategic relationship with Manufacturelink, one of the world’s best practice manufacturing experts.

In May we completed our Manufacture Packs and made them ready to issue to suppliers/Licensees for our Generation 3 (V3.0). We are currently actively investigating competitive manufacture in multiple markets to complement the U.S. initiative (detailed below), with Australia now firmly emerging as an area where manufactured product can compete on both cost and quality.

We remain committed to the initial Chinese manufacturing operation, with each satellite manufacturing effort helping to meet demand at both country of installation and the wider market of Sunseeker products.

Independent Testing

Wednesday, July 29th, 2009

Our second major achievement was the successful results achieved by Tonkin Engineering Science when they independently tested the Sunseeker Energy Generation 3 Intelligent Transducer system (“G3 Unit”).

The test independently validated the conversion by the Sunseeker Energy G3 system from sunlight to usable energy exceeding 38% with a peak, under test conditions in ordinary sunlight circumstances, 39.6% Such energy conversion allows our G3 assemblies to produce peak power greater than 300 watts per meter squared which easily surpasses the outputs of the majority of competitors in our field.

Our design team headed by Antony Howard, our Technical Director, has designed a gantry which houses the G3 units, and in turn enables the G3 Units to be continuously pointed at the sun, so dramatically increasing their efficiency. Each gantry is capable of supporting 4 square metres of concentrator assembly.

Our design team has also achieved breakthroughs by reducing the component count in our gantries down to only 12 components, which has the direct effect of reducing cost of manufacture.

The team also continued system testing and refinement.

Completion Of Share Transfer

Wednesday, July 29th, 2009

Obviously the major achievement has been the transfer of all shareholders from Sunseeker Energy Limited (Hong Kong) to Sunseeker Energy Holding AG and the Listing of the Company on the Open Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

This resulted in Sunseeker Energy Limited becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of Sunseeker Energy Holding AG. Sunseeker Energy Limited remains the operating company and at this stage holds the Sunseeker group intellectual property including the Patent’s pending.
